About The Role
We are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join our Melbourne team. In this role, you will work within a small team, serving clients in both private and public health sectors. The role involves local travel and includes assessments, Return to Work, and Injury Management Services.
Develop and implement plans addressing barriers to returning to work post-injury, assisting injured workers with safe and durable return-to-work plans with their pre-injury or new employer.
Participate actively in managing workers' compensation claims.
Liaise with injured workers, health professionals, employers, insurance agents, legal providers, and WHS as needed.
Provide high-quality customer service to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, achieving positive outcomes and maximizing business opportunities.
Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment to promote health outcomes for injuries and illnesses.
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience
AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist
Valid Australian Driver's License
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
High-level report writing abilities
