We currently have an opportunity for friendly, organised individual to undertake a full time role as a Client Services Business trainee. You will undertake a Certificate III in Business as part of your training. This position is working for a reputable security installation company located in North Geelong.
About the Role
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Answering phones and building relationships with clients
· Greeting clients and visitors
· Receiving goods
· Raising service jobs
· Invoicing
· Answering client queries
· Administrative support for management team
· Coordination of Client Site Inductions
· Stock Procurement/Liaise with Suppliers
· Assisting departments with inventory

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all clients
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Friendly, positive attitude

What to expect:
You will work a 38-hour week Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm (including TAFE training) with 1 rostered day off a month. These hours may vary according to the company's needs. As a trainee of gforce you will be a valued member of our friendly and supportive staff, while receiving award wages and on-the-job training. Like all our staff, you will be encouraged to develop a long-term career and commitment to successfully complete your traineeship in business within the fixed term of 12 months.
