Transaction Analyst – Property Fund Manager & Developer

As part of a small, agile Capital Transactions team, you’ll be hands‑on across the full deal lifecycle from strategy and sourcing through to financial analysis, due diligence and completion. You’ll work alongside highly experienced leaders who value curiosity, initiative and commercial acumen. Reporting to the Head of Transactions and supporting three Transaction Managers, your role will include the following:
* Analyse, underwrite and execute investment and development opportunities across industrial, commercial and mixed‑use assets.
* Build, stress‑test and refine detailed financial models and feasibility studies.
* Support acquisitions from concept through to completion, including due diligence, investment papers and legal review.
* Conduct targeted market research and maintain CRM data to identify trends, competitors and deal flow.
* Build and nurture relationships with key agents, valuers, tenants, capital partners and advisors.
What you’ll bring:
* A background in commerce, finance, property or law, ideally 1–3+ years’ experience in transactions, development or investment.
* Strong financial modelling and analytical capability with a creative, solutions‑focused mindset.
* Genuine curiosity for property and markets, with a hunger to learn and spot opportunities others overlook.
* Clear communication skills and confidence to contribute ideas and challenge assumptions.
* A proactive, detail‑driven approach and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial setting.
