An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solution Design Lead to join a large values-driven organisation undertaking a significant enterprise-wide technology transformation.
This is a newly created leadership role within a growing Business Innovation function, responsible for shaping the design, integration, and optimisation of enterprise platforms across a modern SaaS and cloud-based environment. You will play a critical role in delivering strategic initiatives across ERP, CRM, Service Management, and enterprise integration programs, while helping establish long-term solution design capability across the organisation.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Business Innovation, you will act as the key technical liaison between business stakeholders, ICT, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure enterprise solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with strategic objectives. A key focus of the role will be supporting the ongoing evolution of enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow and other core business systems, ensuring strong integration and seamless interoperability across the technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end solution design across enterprise platforms and integrations
* Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
* Drive integration strategy across ERP, CRM, ServiceNow, and other core systems
* Partner with vendors and implementation partners to deliver high-quality outcomes
* Support enterprise application roadmaps and future-state architecture planning
* Ensure solutions align with cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance standards
* Contribute to project delivery, governance, change, and transition activities
* Establish sustainable support and handover processes for ongoing operations
About You
You are a technically strong and commercially minded Solution Designer or Technical Lead with experience working across enterprise application environments.
You Will Bring
* Experience in Solution Design, Technical Leadership, or Enterprise Architecture
* Strong knowledge of SaaS, cloud, and enterprise integration environments
* Experience working across ERP, CRM, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms
* Understanding of systems integration, APIs, and modern architecture principles
* Experience working with vendors and implementation partners
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‐on delivery
* Knowledge of cybersecurity and secure‐by‐design principles
