Offer description

Shape the future of early learning while supporting leaders to shine.

The Role

At Affinity Education, we believe great outcomes for children start with excellent support for our people. We’re looking for a passionate Quality Advisor who will play a key role in guiding excellence across our early childhood services.

In this role, you’ll partner with Centre Managers and educators to:

- Assess and enhance service quality in line with the National Quality Framework and Affinity’s standards.
- Offer hands‑on coaching, mentoring, and actionable feedback to strengthen leadership and team performance.
- Use data and reporting tools to deliver insights that drive meaningful improvement.
- Foster cooperative relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of sector trends to champion best practice across early learning, leadership, and compliance.

This is a role where your industry expertise can truly make a difference — for children, for educators, and for the future of early education.

What You’ll Bring

- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of ACECQA and NQF requirements.
- Experience in coaching, auditing, or leadership within early childhood (Centre Manager or assessor experience highly regarded).
- A positive communicator, with strengths in mentoring and building relationships.
- Current Working with Children Check and Driver’s Licence.

Desirable but not essential: ISO auditing, training & assessment, or experience with Storypark Manage / CCMS.

Please note, this role will require travel.

Why Choose Affinity?

When you join Affinity, you join a values-driven team that believes in fun, growth, and making a genuine impact. We know the difference great people make — and we look after ours.

Here’s what you’ll enjoy:

- Competitive salary + car allowance.
- Flexible working arrangements– including up to 3 WFH days per fortnight.
- 50% discount on childcare gap fees.
- Supportive, professional culture with ongoing development opportunities.
- Permanent full‑time role with travel to services – variety in your week, not just a desk job!
- A chance to inspire, coach and uplift leaders across our network.

Our Commitment

Affinity Education is a place where everyone belongs. We are committed to child safety, diversity, and creating safe, inclusive spaces for our teams and the families we support.

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you’re a passionate leader who thrives on enabling others to succeed, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today and start your journey with Affinity!
