The Role
Youll join a well-established early childhood centre delivering a high-quality, play-based learning program aligned with Australias Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Your role will be to create meaningful learning experiences, build strong relationships with children and whānau, and contribute to a collaborative and positive centre culture.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, implement, and assess engaging learning programs
* Work in partnership with families and the community
* Maintain documentation of childrens learning and development
* Ensure alignment with the National Quality Standards (NQS)
* Support a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children
Who Were Looking For
* Level 7 orBachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (NZ qualifications recognised in Australia*)
* Eligible for VIT registration (well support you through this process)
* Passionate about early learning and open to a new adventure
* Strong knowledge of child development and early childhood pedagogy
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
