This role is responsible for managing key partners to increase customer redemptions and generate revenue for Myer, all while operating within budgeted expenses.
With a strong focus on delivering targeted profit and loss outcomes, the Program Manager plays a key role in driving value through strategic collaboration and commercial innovation.About the role:Manage existing Financial Services Partnerships: Establish, nurture, and grow key partnerships with CBA, Velocity and AMEX, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance Myer's Partnerships offerings and customer base.Negotiate and Execute Partnership Agreements: Manage negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with Myer's business goals.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between Myer and external partners, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and the successful execution of initiatives.Drive Revenue Growth and Performance: Monitor partnership performance, analyse data, and implement strategies to optimise financial outcomes, including driving new business, increasing sales, and improving customer acquisition.Market Insights and Strategy Development: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new partnership opportunities, trends, and areas for innovation.About you:Minimum 3+ years' experience in Financial Services and/or Relationship management roleProject management and cross-functional skills with ability to manage, prioritise, implement and analyse various initiatives in fast paced environmentHigh level of competence with MS suite - Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookDemonstrated experience in creating, disseminating and presenting key business insights and/or strategy initiatives clearly and concisely to various stakeholders, including senior managementStrong problem solving and critical thinking skills with an aptitude for process and customer journey design based on data and customer insightsStrong financial acumen with ability to build and communicate financial business cases to support initiativesRelentless customer first mentality - so viewing all content, communications and strategies through a customer lens is criticalAbility to influence with authority and manage senior stakeholders to drive change and bring multiple partners and stakeholders to a unified consensusDemonstrated ability to self-start, carve opportunities out of ambiguity, and operate with a high degree of independence in a white space environmentA dedicated team player with a passion for innovation and the ability to maintain a positive attitude and culture in the face of challengesBenefits to you:Generous team member discounts on all Myer products, including team-member exclusive discounts.Access to lifestyle leave and volunteer leave - arrange work around your life, not life around work.A supportive leadership and team network to set you up for success.Career growth and succession opportunities across the business.Here, you're not only an employee.
