**What we're looking for**:
**A bit about you**:
- You're a confident and client focused professional with 1-2 years' experience in an admin or customer service role - having previously worked with an accounting firm would be a bonus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, so your ability to interact positively with internal and external stakeholders is second to none.
- Client focused and a real team player, you are committed to delivering exceptional service and improving customer experience.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and demonstrate intermediate computer skills.
- If you have not yet been exposed to tax administration and accounting systems such as Xero and BGL CAS, you will receive the support needed to help you learn the ropes.
- You're excellent at managing your own time and schedule; you don't need someone watching over your shoulder to get things done.
- You're not afraid of paperwork and have strong attention to detail, and you certainly don't like to put things off until later.
- You have full Australian working rights, as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
