Our client, Samsung Ads, is looking for a highly organised and driven Partner Operations Specialist to support partner onboarding, payment operations and cross functional coordination on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, innovative streaming business and play a key role in supporting operational excellence across the team.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end onboarding of partners, including legal, tax and banking documentation.
* Act as the primary liaison for vendor onboarding and payment-related enquiries.
* Review and reconcile invoices against revenue reporting.
* Coordinate with Finance and payment teams to ensure timely processing and issue resolution.
* Provide clear updates to partners and stakeholders on payment status.
* Support ad-hoc operational and marketing initiatives as required.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related discipline.
* Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail.
* Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Solutions-focused, resilient and proactive in solving problems.
* Comfortable working with financial data, reporting and budgets.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
