We're seeking a passionate and experienced ECT or Diploma-qualified Centre Director to lead, inspire, and rebuild a strong team culture at Only About Children Mona Vale. Located in a beautiful purpose-built campus with spacious indoor and outdoor environments, this is a unique opportunity to shape a high-performing team and deliver exceptional early learning experiences for children and families.
Centre Director Opportunity
You will be joining us at an exciting time, as we have just rolled out our Centre Director Training Program for 2025. This initiative supports our leaders in becoming the “CEO of their Campus”, empowering them with the tools, mentorship, and autonomy to make a real impact. You will manage the operations of the campus with a focus on five key pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety, and Financial Performance.

Worker Retention Payment
