Proclinical is exclusively partnering with a global healthcare technology company to recruit a Regional Sales Manager. This role offers end-to-end ownership of regional sales across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, working with advanced clinical software and AI solutions used by healthcare providers and life sciences organisations.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through a mix of direct and partner-led sales, owning new business development, account expansion, pipeline generation, forecasting, and customer retention. The role requires an autonomous worker, who is comfortable with frequent engagements at executive and clinical leadership level.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver and exceed regional sales targets across APAC
* Win new customers and grow revenue within existing accounts
* Manage VARs, OEMs, PACS vendors, and other channel partners
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline across the region
* Lead executive-level presentations and complex negotiations
* Maintain high customer satisfaction and manage renewals
* Engage clinical and technical KOLs to support adoption
Key Skills and Requirements:
* 10+ years' enterprise sales experience in medical imaging, clinical software, or AI
* Background in Radiology or Cardiology highly regarded
* Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
* Commercially sharp, highly autonomous, and results-driven
* Strong track record selling SaaS solutions
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Familiarity with healthcare quality systems and regulations (ISO 13485, GDPR, etc.)
