NVC Group is seeking two Home and Community Care Coordinators to be responsible for overseeing community programs including home care packages (HCP), commonwealth home support services (CHSP), flexible care packages, private home support and brokerage services.
As a Not for Profit (NFP) organisation, this enables part of your salary to be packaged into pre-tax dollars to pay for personal expenses. Salary sacrifice can be applied to a vehicle, mortgage, rent or EML card.
These positions are based at our offices in Coffs Harbour and Macksville.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to build community networks to enhance service delivery to our clients.
- Sound level of computer skills with the ability to undertake administrative tasks.
- Demonstrated skills/experience to effectively coordinate for people with complex support needs by identifying and engaging successfully with various service types.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing tasks simultaneously, providing excellent outcomes in a cost-productive manner.
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and work with limited direction.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
- Experience and knowledge of community services
- Tertiary qualifications in health care or management preferably with an aged care focus
- Membership in any Industry Reference Groups, Committees or Associations
