The Project
The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia, is delivering the final 10.5 km section of the North‐South Corridor. The project focuses on a 10.5 km motorway section, including more than 6 km of twin three‐lane tunnels, road and bridge construction, and complex M&E installations supported by precast manufacturing.
The Opportunity
T2D is establishing Warehouse and Logistics teams in preparation for tunnelling to commence in early, and we are seeking experienced Storepersons to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
* Act as a central point of contact to support on‐site material requests.
* Support procurement of goods and consumables, including supplier coordination to ensure availability, timely delivery, and efficient asset registration.
* Perform warehouse operations: receipting, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.
* Ensure accurate inventory control through CMMS, monitoring minimum/maximum inventory levels, cycle counts and stocktakes.
* Coordinate end‐to‐end spare part management, ensuring timely repair cycles and cost‐efficient logistics services to support uninterrupted asset operations.
* Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, lay‐down organisation, and environmental compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Valid Construction Industry White Card.
* Valid forklift (LF) high‐risk work licence and (C) class car driver's licence.
* Proficient in ERP/CMMS system and Microsoft suite of products.
* Willingness to work a 7/3/7/4 days and nights roster, 12‐hour shifts.
* Demonstrated warehouse and/or stores experience.
Desirable
* Previous experience using MEX CMMS.
* Previous experience in tunnel construction or large‐scale infrastructure project warehouse and/or stores operations.
* Qualifications in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
