Job Title: Automotive and Industrial Driveshaft Specialist
This is a permanent full-time opportunity for a mechanically skilled individual to join our team in Regency Park. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitting and machining, with experience operating manual lathes and welding equipment.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Mechanic/Fitter to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and reconditioning driveshafts for various applications, including automotive, commercial, off-highway, and industrial sectors. You will also machine driveline components, assemble, weld, and balance driveshafts, as well as perform general workshop duties as required.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have well-developed fitting and machining skills, obtained in a workshop environment. You should also have a sound mechanical aptitude and knowledge, with experience operating manual lathes and welding equipment being essential. Additionally, you should demonstrate a high degree of flexibility with job tasks, proven safety and quality focus, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
