The Site Supervisor will work on projects across Melbourne, reporting directly to the Area Manager, and will be primarily responsible for the safe, successful and high‐quality delivery of the assigned projects.
About the opportunity
* Plan and manage the overall allocation of plant, materials, and human resources, to meet key project timelines.
* Liaise with all subcontractors and ensure completed works meet the required specifications.
* Ensure that workers adhere to Rokon safety policies and procedures at all times.
* Review budgets and KPIs for allocated projects monthly and flag any issues with the Area Manager and Project Engineer/Manager.
* Participate in or conduct site audits, client meetings, signoffs, safety inspections and other requirements at appropriate stages for each project.
* Ensure project documentation and administration is completed as required.
About you
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in civil construction in a supervisory capacity, with a focus on roads, residential and industrial subdivision works.
* Willing to relocate to Melbourne.
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Hold high professional standards and negotiation skills and ensure works are completed the right way, first time, every time.
* Strong focus on health and safety and enjoy exceeding productivity, budget and quality targets.
* OH&S Induction card (white card).
