Casual and Fixed Term Hours 40 Hours per week for 3 Months
Maternity Outpatients is located off‐site at 1011 Mair St Ballarat and provides antenatal care, domiciliary care and childbirth education classes. Maternity Outpatients operates 7 days a week – a small component of weekend work is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Scheduling appointments, billing and contacts for each appointment
* Adding referrals and closing referrals at the completion of care
* Working within a multi‐disciplinary team
* Engage and communicate with all members of the Maternity Outpatients team and allied health clinicians
Skills and Experience
* Reception experience recommended with a focus on excellent customer service
* Full training will be provided to the successful applicant
