Job Description:

* They will be able to provide effective 'hands on' leadership to the Front Office, Housekeeping, and relevant teams, creating a safe and motivating work environment.
The Front Office Duty Manager will be required to monitor the operation of the property, ensuring presentation is always at the agreed standard and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional leadership and customer service to guests and members.
2. Assist in the induction and training of staff aligned with RACV policies and procedures.
