Project Support Specialist
We're seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our high-impact programmes team as a Project Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate systems and tools to uphold governance standards.
* Manage administrative functions, including SharePoint and Outlook calendars.
* Support tailored project plans and reporting for diverse client outcomes.
* Compile data for strategic trackers, innovation catalogues, and dashboards.
* Maintain RAID logs and assist with project health checks.
* Organise and prepare materials for programme meetings and workshops.
* Act as a central reference point for transition queries and best practices.
Requirements:
* Proven office experience in a coordination role.
* Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* Able to manage competing priorities under pressure.
* Professional presentation of reports and dashboards.
* Discretion with sensitive information and a collaborative team ethos.
* Experience in matrix organisations and multi-line reporting.
* Familiarity with Facilities Management industry.
* Defence or military background highly valued.
