Key Responsibilities:
* Domestic Assistance: Assist clients with light house cleaning, meal preparation, and other daily tasks to maintain a safe and healthy living environment.
* Personal Care: Provide showering, daily hygiene, and monitoring of health and wellbeing to ensure the client's physical and emotional needs are met.
* Community Access: Escort clients to medical appointments, social activities, and other community events, promoting social interaction and connection.
* Support with Daily Tasks: Assist clients with daily routines, such as dressing, grooming, and managing medication.
* Building Positive Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and their families through empathy, understanding, and effective communication.
Candidates must possess a Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing Support or similar, an Australian driver's license, and excellent communication skills.
