ICT Service Delivery Manager
The Centre for Population Health ICT Service Delivery Manager is responsible for strategic management and operational delivery of ICT services and digital initiatives across the Centre.
This includes oversight of planning, implementation, and governance of business-aligned ICT programs, ensuring compliance with NSW Health ICT policies, cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance standards.
The role acts as primary interface between CPH and eHealth NSW, managing service delivery portfolio, ICT roadmap, and vendor partnerships to ensure digital investments deliver value, efficiency, and security.
The ICT Service Delivery Manager will also lead development and implementation of ICT governance, data governance, and cybersecurity assurance frameworks within CPH to support program outcomes and statewide reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage ICT service delivery, change management, and vendor coordination across multiple CPH programs.
* Oversee development and implementation of ICT governance frameworks, policies, and service agreements.
* Partner with eHealth NSW, Legal, Privacy, and business teams to ensure ICT solutions meet compliance, cyber security, and privacy standards.
* Provide high-level strategic advice on ICT capability, system enhancements, and digital transformation opportunities. Manage ICT budget planning, reporting, and coordination with CPH/Ministry Finance to ensure alignment with cost centres.
* Support business areas to define ICT requirements, develop Statements of Work, and deliver digital solutions in collaboration with eHealth and vendors.
* Build ICT capability across CPH through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and structured handover processes.
