**Job Title:** Performance Manager
About the Role
This is a mid-senior level position responsible for leading a tight-knit performance search team and integrating into client search campaigns to ensure they reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Management: Manage digital search campaigns across various paid media marketing tactics (SEM), including placement, testing, tracking, reporting, and pacing towards budget.
* Team Leadership: Lead and drive a robust testing framework, monitor and enable high performance by applying best practices, product adoption, and innovative solutions.
* Client Management: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to build and maintain strong relationships, manage expectations, and communicate status updates.
* Strategic Planning: Contribute to industry-wide thought leadership, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to maximize client retention and growth.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Digital Marketing: Demonstrated experience in search/SEM, data visualization, and Microsoft Suite.
* Leadership: Team management skills, time management, attention to detail, and process-oriented approach.
* Communication: Command over communication (written and verbal) and efficient work habits.

Salary Range:
$80,000-$85,000 inclusive of Super
