About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, people-focused leader to drive innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement across our collection centre network. You'll lead teams across multiple sites, ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance, and work closely with clinical, corporate, property and support stakeholders to achieve outstanding patient and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
* Drive service design, innovation and efficiency—partnering with key stakeholders to lead and strengthen operations across our collection centres network and enhance patient experience.
* Build and develop a capable, engaged and high-performing workforce through coaching, clear expectations, effective workforce planning and fostering a positive, collaborative and psychologically safe culture.
* Continuously strive to create positive patient experiences.
* Embrace digital strategies to enable patients to have greater control, clarity and confidence across their health care journey.
* Partner with clinical leaders and operations stakeholders to align workforce planning and service delivery priorities.
* Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Participate in quality improvement activities and risk management activities.
About you
* Demonstrated operational leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in pathology
* Strong people leadership skills, including mentoring, workforce planning and performance management.
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities across dispersed sites.
* Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Experience supporting HR processes, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Approachable, visible and resilient leader who works collaboratively and delivers outcomes.
