Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our national business development and market growth initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business and growth within the health and seniors living segment.
Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing sales strategies nationwide, building and maintaining relationships with end-users, decision-makers, and industry bodies. You will also be responsible for achieving budgeted sales and margin targets while managing pricing guidelines.

Scope of Responsibility
You will oversee health and seniors living segment revenue and support frontline sales teams. Additionally, you will engage internal stakeholders to communicate and implement corporate strategies. Your role will involve directly driving new business and strategic initiatives, regularly reporting on segment performance and managing sales pipeline, providing project consultation and representing the company at industry events.
