Permanent Part Time Receptionist required for our Mixed Animal Clinic
Provide outstanding customer service to our clients and patients
Seeking a part time receptionist to look after our clients so we can look after their pets!
As part of the Apiam Animal Health group of regional and rural veterinary clinics across Australia, Romsey Veterinary Surgery is a mixed animal practice that prides itself on having a great relationship with clients, customer satisfaction and going above and beyond in patient care.
The role:
* Permanent part time position 27-30 hours/week over three days, with opportunities for extra leave cover.
* Provide outstanding customer service over the phone and face-to-face.
* Welcome clients and their pets to the clinic and manage appointments for clinical staff.
* Liaise with vets and vet nurses to ensure efficient daily scheduling.
* Process invoices and payments.
* Ensure a neat and tidy presentation of the reception and waiting areas.
To be successful:
* Strong experience in a customer service role desirable.
* Reception experience in a vet clinic or animal care industry knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
* Must genuinely love helping clients and have a mature approach for tricky conversations!
* Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills.
* Excellent team player and communicate well with clients, your colleagues and managers.
