Job Title: Senior Administration Officer
This is a key role that requires the ability to coordinate and manage daily work tasks, enquiries and correspondence including calendar management and project plans. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to senior managers and contribute to the smooth operation of finance processes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in computer skills including MS Suite at an advanced level, as well as the ability to understand and analyse budgets. A diploma qualification related to the field is also essential.
We are offering a competitive base salary range and access to flexible working arrangements. This is a permanent opportunity with 35 hours/week plus generous leave entitlements and superannuation.
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Coordinate and manage daily work tasks, enquiries and correspondence.
* Support, facilitate and implement the operation of finance processes.
* Prepare, reconcile and submit monthly statutory statistical and financial reports.
* Complete tasks that require specialized administrative skills including the compilation of business paper reports.
