We're looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in a 180 desk role, focused on candidate delivery, sourcing, and engagement.
The Role
This is a delivery-focused position where you'll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent across multiple verticals.
You'll work closely with our BD team and clients to ensure roles are filled efficiently with the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage job postings across multiple platforms
* Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
* Screen and shortlist candidates against role requirements
* Conduct phone and video interviews
* Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key sectors
* Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
* Coordinate interviews and support placement outcomes
* Maintain accurate records in CRM/ATS systems
About You
* Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or high-volume talent acquisition
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
* Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* A genuine interest in people and building relationships
