About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and committed Secondary educator to join our wonderful team, in a supportive and professional environment at our Freier campus. The role is a full‐time (1.0 FTE), fixed‐term position, commencing on Monday, 13 July 2026 and concluding on Friday, 11 December 2026.
Responsibilities
All teachers share a significant responsibility in preparing young people to lead successful and productive lives. The quality of the teacher is the single‐most important in‐school factor influencing student achievement. Teachers can be a source of inspiration and, equally importantly, provide a dependable and consistent influence on young people as they grow and flourish, and ultimately make choices about their future. All teachers are expected to actively engage in the co‐curricular and pastoral care program.
Requirements
* Bachelor of Education degree or higher
* Current registration, or immediate eligibility for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
