Typical Responsibilities
* Preparation of financial reports and compliance documentation
* Assisting with management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
* Supporting clients across a range of accounting and advisory matters
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Financial analysis and business support activities
* Collaborating with senior stakeholders and broader teams
* Contributing to the delivery of high-quality client outcomes
Skills & Experience
* 3+ years of experience within an Australian Accounting Practice or professional services environment
* CA or CPA qualified, or currently progressing towards completion
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* Professional presentation and a client‐focused approach
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Full Australian working rights
