As an authorised Daimler Trucks dealership, we work across Mercedes‐Benz, Freightliner and Fuso vehicles — along with defence vehicles, tankers and specialised equipment. No two days are the same.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‐to‐day coordination of workshop operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing customer enquiries face‐to‐face, by phone and email
* Booking and coordinating workshop jobs
* Preparing repair orders and job documentation
* Liaising with technicians and parts departments
* Processing invoices and quotations
* Providing customers with updates on repairs and job progress
* Maintaining accurate records and administrative systems
About You

* Sound computer skills including Outlook and Excel

* Previous Service Advisor or administration experience
* Experience with Equip or dealership management systems
* Automotive, transport or workshop industry exposure
