The Role
As our Disability Service Coordinator, you will oversee the delivery of our services and lead a team of dedicated professionals.

* Oversight of daily operations supporting individuals with diverse disabilities.
* Development and implementation of tailored support plans with participants, families, and advocates.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
* Recruitment, training, and support of staff while promoting a culture of inclusion and continuous learning.
About You
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in fields such as Social Work, Psychology, Nursing (Mental Health), Disability, or related disciplines.
* Experience managing or leading teams in disability, mental health, or community services.
* Familiarity with psychosocial and forensic disabilities and complex support needs.
* Commitment to person-centred and rights-based practices.
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
