About the Role We are looking for a temporary / casual team member to work 5 days a week. This position is candidate focussed and involves no sales or business development work. A rare opportunity to focus on just candidate pipeline, nurturing relationships with job seekers and actively unearthing passive job seekers. The position has been created to work on a discrete assignment in the Financial Services sector, and you will enjoying speaking with professional candidates to understand their career aspirations and then taking them through the recruitment process. Your responsibilities Familiarising yourself with the client's requirements and working with Oxygen team members to ensure you understand the candidate requirements • Managing candidate sourcing including active candidate approaches from the current database or researched from external sources such as SEEK PTS and LinkedIn • Qualifying suitable candidates including video / phone interviews and phone screening • Putting together a shortlist of qualified and interested candidates for the client • Managing candidate's expectations and regularly checking in with them to support them through the process • Securing placement including reference checking, salary negotiations About you It is essential you can bring to the role, deep recruitment research experience, current recruitment tech skills, excellent interpersonal skills and an element of sales flair. Skilled management of active candidate approaches and positioning of client opportunity will be key to this role. This role could suit an experienced recruiter who is returning to work after a break, is here on a working holiday visa or an experienced recruiter who is just ready for a change and more flexibility. Financial Services recruitment industry experience will be highly valued. You will need to be a self - motivated individual who can demonstrate you have the aptitude to meet recruitment deliverables. Ideally you will be someone who thrives on achievement and can work very independently. In addition, you will need to have outstanding communication skills both in verbal English communication as well as in written business communication.
