Maternity Leave Cover Position
This 6-month role requires a Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our retail arm, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
About the Role
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Optometrists to deliver an exceptional customer experience. They will be responsible for coaching effective selling and customer service skills among their team members.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and organized leader who can think on their feet and make good decisions. The ideal candidate will have:
* 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or higher retail management position
* Able to demonstrate experience working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labour laws
* Tuesday to Saturday availability is preferred
* Required optical work experience
