We work proactively with industry partners and professional bodies leading to more employable and innovative graduates. **About the Role**The Lecturer (Teaching Specialist) will contribute to excellence in teaching and learning across the topics in the College of Health and Enablement, specifically with a focus on the area of Digital Health. The incumbent will be responsible for making an independent contribution to teaching and the scholarship of teaching using innovations in practices and technologies to deliver excellence in teaching. The role will contribute to the planning and evaluation of these topics, undertaking the role of Topic Coordinator as required.**Please refer to the attached position description, for a full list of roles and responsibilities.****About You**You are an experienced and reflective tertiary educator with a strong commitment to teaching excellence, student success, and professional practice. You hold and maintain current membership with a relevant professional association and bring substantial experience in higher education teaching and learning environments.You have demonstrated success in the design, delivery, and evaluation of innovative teaching and learning strategies, including contemporary approaches to student assessment that enhance engagement and learning outcomes. Your practice is informed by reflection, continuous improvement, and a clear understanding of the relationship between teaching, research, scholarship, and professional practice.With excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, you have the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, students, and industry stakeholders.
