An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced Library & Innovation Officer in our Solais (Library). The Library &Innovation Officer will work closely with the Leader of Creative Learning in enhancing student engagement through creative resources, programs and use of technology, assisting with the organisation of the Solais library and book resources, contributing to MakerSpace programs and maintaining the Solais website.

Key Responsibilities:
· Fostering student engagement through learning spaces and resources
· Experience with, or interest in, MakerSpace tools such as robotics kits, coding platforms, 3D printers, or creative software.
· Use initiative to refine systems and processes to improve operational efficiencies.
· Support the coordination of innovation programs
· Cultivate a culture of reading
· Proficiency with digital tools and learning technologies.
· Undertake administrative tasks as assigned.
· Work as a member of the Solais Team & support Solais operations
· All College systems, procedures and policies are followed and adhered to efficiently.
The successful applicant will also have a warm and welcoming disposition, and have demonstrated the ability to work well autonomously, as well as in a team environment. They will need to display flexibility, creativity and excellent attention to detail and be supportive of the Catholic ethos and the Presentation traditions and practices of the College.
