A senior leadership role that directs an organization's real estate strategy, portfolio, acquisitions, leasing, and development activities. It also typically includes stakeholder management, due diligence, budgeting, compliance, and team leadership responsibilities.
Duties
* Direct real estate operations and activities to support buying, selling, or leasing properties.
* Develop and implement real estate strategies for acquisitions, leasing, portfolio management, and development.
* Manage due diligence, property valuation, expenses, and profitability analysis for assets.
* Build and maintain relationships with contractors, lenders, investors, tenants, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
* Oversee reporting, budgets, policies, and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics, public administration, or a related field.
* Usually 5+ years of management experience in real estate, property development, or commercial management.
* Solid knowledge of property markets, leasing, financial analysis, and real estate regulations.
* Leadership, negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Pay: $70.00 – $110.00 per hour
