**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised
**Branch Coordinator **to provide professional, accurate and timely services to our customers. As a key part of our WA team, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and to ensure service, sales and hire activities are coordinated efficiently.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Key Liaison with WA State Manager, internal and external stakeholders
- Managing customer sales, service and hire enquiries.
- Coordinate service jobs to technicians and parts allocation
- Coordination transport for equipment deliveries & collections
- Raise purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
- Local branch administration including invoicing, time sheets and WIP management.
**About You**
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, attributes, and experience:
- Previous experience working within a similar industry or business
- Previous experience within an administration / coordination position
- Knowledge of basic financial administrative including invoicing, time sheets etc.
- Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and strong MS Suite skills
- Previous Base plan knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Ability to work autonomously and often without direct supervision.
