Retail Consultant - Osborne Park
About the Role
Showroom Sales Consultants are known as 'Retail Consultant' and as part of the Showroom team in Osborne Park, you'll support builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom. This is a permanent part‐time position.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products.
* Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone.
* Use our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life.
* Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships.
* Keep the showroom running smoothly and safely.
Qualifications and Expectations
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoy building relationships with customers.
* Energetic, takes initiative and willing to learn and grow, even without prior bathroom experience.
* Comfortable with computers and happy to learn new systems.
* Open to working various shifts, including weekends.
* Desire to develop a career locally, within our network, or at head office (we promote from within).
