Reporting directly to the Director of Product Management, you will support the delivery of web and/or mobile app SaaS products within our CMS offerings through a combination of research, planning, and cross-functional coordination.In this role, you'll contribute to key product management activities across the entire lifecycle: including discovery, definition, launch, and post-launch optimisation, helping to ensure our products meet both user needs and business objectives.This is a hybrid role, our office is located in Miami - Gold Coast.Company OverviewVeracross provides SaaS-based School Information Systems (SIS) designed to meet the specific needs of independent K-12 schools worldwide.

As of early ****, we are supporting ****+ schools in 60 countries.Veracross is five product brands in one global tech companyVeracross SIS is a one-person, one-record school management platformMagnus Health provides cloud-based Student Health Record (SHR) solutionsDigistorm connects with their communities through Digistorm Websites, Digistorm Funnel, and Digistorm Apps.Epraise incentivizes student well-being and connects teachers, students, and families.Firefly provides an online learning space for students and teachersResponsibilitiesCollaborate with design and development teams to define product requirements and specificationsConduct market research and user interviews to gather insights and inform product decisionsAssist in creating product roadmaps and prioritise features based on user needs and business goalsSupport the development team during the implementation phase, ensuring timely delivery of product featuresFollowing the direction of the Director of Product, coordinate with product development teams to realise product concepts and bring them to market including writing stories and acceptance criteria, working with designers and engineers to refine stories, and performing user acceptance testingPartner across product teams to ensure successful implementation of platform level featuresPromote a culture of autonomy, transparency and teamwork, while staying very customer focusedTranslate product features into customer benefits and work with marketing to develop messaging and positioning for our sales organization and other internal and external stakeholdersBuild positive relationships and trust through on-time delivery, high quality, continuous innovation, and exceeding expectationsTrack results, provide insights, and make recommendations to improve customer experience, efficiencies, and ROIWork closely with the Sales, Support, Customer Success teams to ensure product strategies are alignedQualificationsDemonstrated success in a similar product management role or related field.2+ years commercial Product Management experienceCustomer orientated and solution focusedSolid understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesStrong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with a variety of audiences within the organisation, including technical conceptsFlexible team-player who can partner with all functions of the business, getting team members buy in and feedback with easeDetail oriented and highly organised with the ability to work independently in a fast paced, high growth environmentCMS knowledge (Craft CMS preferred, however any CMS experience is valued)Solid understanding of UX, responsive design, and accessibility best practices, particularly across websitesExperience working in cross-functional teams with designers, implementation, marketing, and customer-facing teamsProven ability to manage stakeholders across the business and balance prioritiesStrong client relationship management skills, including running workshops, training, and onboardingKnowledge of integrations (CRMs, enrolment forms, calendars) and basic SEO fundamentalsExperience working in a SaaS Edtech / at a private school (is desired)Experienced in stakeholder management and working in a cross-functional team across APAC and North American markets (is desired)Experience delivering a customer centric and value driven digital product (is desired)Benefits & PerksThe best tools to get the job done
