The Role
You'll be responsible for:
* Growing and managing broker relationships across WA
* Driving loan volume through education, engagement, and support
* Representing Gamma Duo at industry events and broker meetings
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
* Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager
What You'll Bring
* Experience in asset or automotive finance (sub-prime a bonus)
* A network of broker contacts in WA
* A proactive, self-starting attitude
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your territory
