You'll be involved in field activities, including installing, servicing, and replacing meters, managing the Large Meter Maintenance Program, and supporting the introduction and troubleshooting of smart meters.
You'll assist with inspections, support enforcement and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers, completing paperwork and investigation.
Key tasks include timely examination of asset condition, repairs, meter readings, and replacements.
You are proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a small, supportive team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to customer service and problem solving.
Experience in practical and customer-facing roles will underpin your success.
A current driver's licence and willingness to undertake a pre-employment health assessment are required as well as ability to obtain a confined space entry license.
