We are seeking an enthusiastic and values-driven AFL SportsReady Trainee – Justice and Youth Ministry to support the delivery of justice initiatives and youth ministry programs while completing a nationally recognised traineeship qualification. This role is ideal for someone interested in ministry, community services, education, or youth work.
Responsibilities
* Support the planning and delivery of justice, service, and youth ministry programs
* Assist with liturgies, retreats, reflection days, and community service activities
* Support student leadership and social justice initiatives
* Provide administrative and organisational support to the Justice and Youth Ministry team
* Assist with excursions, events, and partnerships with community organisations
* Develop workplace skills while completing your traineeship qualification
Qualifications
* Compassionate, organised, and motivated to support young people and community-focused initiatives
* A genuine interest in justice, youth ministry, or community service
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Willingness to learn and engage in a school workplace
* A respectful, reliable, and proactive approach to work
Candidates must hold a valid visa and/or full Australian Working Rights and provide evidence of this.
