* Lead tenders from initial review through to submission
* Prepare take-offs, BOQs, cost plans and pricing
* Manage subcontractor and supplier pricing
* Review methodology, risks and commercial opportunities
* Support tender handover to delivery teams
* Mentor junior staff and add value across the function
About you
* Estimating experience incivil construction or infrastructure
* Strong exposure toroads, drainage, earthworks, pavements, water or utilities
* Able to manage multiple tenders across varied project types
* Commercially sound, practical and contractor-minded
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
