Some key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
* Designing engaging, compliant assessment tools for brand-new accredited training programs.
* Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content meets industry standards and unit requirements.
* Crafting compelling storyboards and learning materials that spark curiosity and drive student success.

About You
You're not just a content writer—you're a learning experience designer with a passion for clarity, creativity and impact. You thrive in collaborative environments; love turning complex ideas into engaging content and have a sharp eye for detail ensuring everything you create is polished and purposeful.
Additionally, you can have the following skills and experience:
* You hold a TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent
* Experience working with units of competency and/or in an RTO environment.
* You bring a keen eye for detail—especially when it comes to grammar, spelling, and consistency.
* You're a strong communicator who works effectively with a variety of stakeholders to bring learning content to life.

Salary Range:
PACCT Level 7 - $95,388 - $108,306 p.a. (pro rata) + Superannuation
Part time 0.6 FTE (22.8 hours per week) until 3 July 2026
