Property Management and Account Administrator
Ideal Realty WA is looking for an experienced Property Management Administrator to join our team in Willetton, WA. This full-time role will be responsible for managing all accounts payable and property management administration to support the smooth Property Management operations of our growing real estate business.
What you'll be doing
* Enter and process property management invoices accurately and in a timely manner
* Create tenancy invoices and owner charges
* Process contractor and supplier invoices for payment
* Maintain and update property management records and files
* Assist property managers with daily administrative tasks
* Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors regarding maintenance and accounts enquiries
* Prepare lease documentation and tenancy correspondence
* Monitor arrears, invoices, and work orders
* Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up outstanding jobs
* Assist with routine inspections and compliance administration
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office administration
* Ensure all documentation complies with trust accounting and company procedures
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in property management administration or real estate administration preferred
* Knowledge of property management software such as PropertyMe, Property Tree
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Experience with invoice processing and trust accounting is advantageous
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and email correspondence
