The Ideal Candidate Must Have
* Experience as a Pastry Chef in a restaurant.
* Strong culinary skills with an eye for detail and a passion for quality.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
* Team‐oriented with strong communication skills.
* A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
* Eye for detail and strong time management.
* Knowledge of food safety standards.
* Genuine interest in day‐to‐day operations.
* Qualification in Patisserie, Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.
