We are currently partnering with a number of established broking houses, national networks and growth-focused advisory firms expanding across the Queensland market.
With continued movement across SME, Mid-Market and Corporate segments, there is strong demand for client-facing brokers who can manage, retain and grow portfolios while delivering genuine advisory value.
The Opportunity
These roles sit across a range of platforms - from high-performing local offices to larger national businesses - all looking to strengthen their front-end capability. Responsibilities will include:
* Managing and developing a portfolio of SME, Mid-Market or Corporate clients
* Building and maintaining strong insurer and client relationships
* Identifying cross-sell and new business opportunities
* Delivering tailored risk and insurance advice aligned to client needs
* Supporting and mentoring junior brokers (Manager/Director level)
* Contributing to broader growth and retention strategies
About You
We are interested in speaking with individuals who can demonstrate:
* Experience as an Account Executive, Broker or in a similar client-facing role
* Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
* The ability to retain and grow a portfolio of business
* Commercial awareness across SME, Mid-Market or Corporate risks
* Leadership capability (for Manager / Director level appointments)
