We have an exciting opening for a proactive and solutions-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Product Developer for Girls Wovens category on a 9-month fixed-term contract.
This role enables our vision by leading and mentoring the Product team to develop ethical and sustainable lifestyle products. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operating rhythm of the category, being the pivotal link between Buying and Product teams to ensure quality products meet customer expectations.
You will partner with buyers and suppliers to negotiate and manage product expectations, track production, manage product schedules, contribute to fittings, and review samples to ensure products meet standards and frameworks. We look for someone with expertise in technical fabrication and garment production to deliver innovative products aligning with our vision.
Skillset Required
* Degree or qualification in relevant field Production i.e. Fashion, Textiles.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar Senior Product Developer role with ability to lead and coach a team.
* Proven ability with technical specifications and fittings for Childrenswear.
* Technical and/or fabric technology background in Childrenswear is highly regarded.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders confidently.
* Strong organisation, planning, and time management skills.
* Ability to make confident decisions determining success of the brand.
* Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator.
