What you'll be working on
* Be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging.
* Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back.

* Provide our clients with a world‐class experience to support the millions of trades executed annually.
What will help you be successful?
* Strong customer service orientation and thrives in a client‐centric environment.
* Passion and enthusiasm for the global financial markets, CFD trading, or investments industry.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Resilience and adaptability in a high‐volume call centre setting.
* Eligibility to work in Australia permanently.
* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but attitude and willingness to learn are paramount.
