Responsibilities
">
">
* Sales Account Managers build and grow relationships with advertisers and agencies, driving revenue growth, and delivering consultative solutions across our advertising suite.
">
* Partner with clients to develop full-funnel strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion) across Video, Display, and DSP, respond to agency briefs, and build media plans across Amazon Canvas.
">
* Own a portfolio of clients, deliver proactive recommendations, and unlock new opportunities by showing how our ad solutions connect the customer journey across full funnel.
">
* Be commercially minded, operationally strong, and comfortable navigating screens strategies, digital platforms and programmatic environments.
">
* Become an expert on Amazon Canvas, understand advertisers' needs and consult them with insights and recommendations to achieve business growth.
">
* Respond to client and agency briefs with compelling, insight-driven media proposals that integrate Video, Display, and DSP.
">
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, consulting on cross-screen strategies that drive measurable brand and business outcomes.
">
* Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and internal teams to support advertiser success and influence future innovation.
">
* Maintain operational excellence in campaign execution, reporting, and administrative workflows to ensure flawless delivery.

Qualifications
">
">
1. 3–5 years in digital media sales/account management
">
2. Proven screens experience (Video/CTV/BVOD/OTT)
">
3. Digital platforms and DSP proficiency, including programmatic campaign knowledge
">
4. Demonstrated operational and administrative excellence, including campaign setup, reporting, and process management
">
5. Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals
">
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior clients
">
7. Analytical ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable client insights
">
8. Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
">
9. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
">
10. 3+ years professional experience, 1+ of which in digital media or marketing
">
11. Excellent data driven storytelling skills – you create and deliver compelling presentations with outstanding visuals
">
12. Annual brand planning and media planning capabilities
">
13. Thorough understanding of marketers' challenges through relevant job experience
">
14. Experience with influencing internal and external stakeholders
">
15. Experience with digital advertising solutions such as Google Analytics, DSPs, SEM tools
">
16. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
">
17. Experience with Microsoft suite of products
">
