The Role
Nurse Unit Manager is responsible for leading and managing healthcare services for patients at the Correctional Centre. This role oversees the planning, delivery, and evaluation of health services, ensuring quality care within Justice Health, NSW Health, and Corrective Services NSW frameworks. It also involves coordination with internal managers and CSNSW staff to support service development and policy implementation.
Essential Requirements
* Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Tertiary qualifications in health management or working towards and/or combination of study and work experience.
